The Best Coworking Spaces in Los Angeles for Long-Term Travelers
If you’re traveling for 2 weeks or longer to Los Angeles while working remotely, this post is for you! As a long-term, slow traveler and also Los Angeles resident who frequents coworking spaces all over the city, I’m excited to share my favorite coworking spaces in Los Angeles with you today. Let’s dive in!
Most of the coworking spaces on this list offer day pass options, so you can come in for just one day or a few days a week during your extended stay in Los Angeles.

This list also might be great for you if you’re a digital nomad visiting Los Angeles for just a few days and need a reliable place to set up shop and work. There are so many reasons to travel long-term in Los Angeles – perhaps you’re here for the tech industry or maybe you’re a travel nurse.
Before we dive into the best coworking spaces in Los Angeles, let’s take a look at the best neighborhoods to stay in for long-term travelers. For hotels, check out my post, A Local’s Guide to the Best Boutique Hotels in Los Angeles.
But for longer stays up to two weeks or more, I think it’s always nice to stay in an apartment that really feels like home. That way, you’ll also get a local, authentic feel, as if you’re actually living as a citizen of Los Angeles.

For this, I suggest booking with Sonder, hands-down the best place to book comfortable, well-designed apartments for extended stays. When you stay with Sonder, you get the chance to really feel like you’re a local, living the life just like a local would. It’s often a more authentic experience, which I always prefer.

Okay, now, let’s get into the list of the BEST coworking spaces in Los Angeles:
Ethos Society

Centrally located in Koreatown, Ethos Society is one of the best coworking spaces in Los Angeles. The view from this space on the 14th floor is stunning, with wrap-around windows throughout the whole floor.
The entire office has a really nice aesthetic – you’ll want to take photos at every turn. The people who frequent this space are quiet and respectful, so you won’t have to worry about noise.
There are two call booths in the primary area but you can also take calls in more booths across the hall – just ask the front desk staff.
Insider tip: Use the bathrooms here. The seats are heated!
Price: $35 for a day pass
Address: 3435 Wilshire Blvd, Ste 1400, Los Angeles, CA 90010
Outsite
Outsite is a global brand building accommodation, community, and coworking spaces for remote workers around the world. Essentially, it’s co-living. This works great for you if you’re looking for both a coworking space AND a place to stay.
Now, if you already have accommodations figured out, this might not be the best fit for you in all honesty. But, if you haven’t figured that part out yet, Outsite is the PERFECT fit for you.
The best part? Whether you’re staying in Los Angeles for just 3 days or 30 days (or even longer), you get a built-in community of remote workers like you who you can network with. That said, you can also keep to yourself as much as you like, but I love having the option to connect with others like me when I travel with Outsite.
In Los Angeles, Outsite has four locations: Hollywood Hills, Venice Beach Dell, Venice Beach Glyndon, and Venice Beach Lincoln.
I personally think Venice Beach Glyndon is the best one out of these four because it’s closer to trendy Abbot Kinney but still close enough to the beach to bike there. Plus, with a Barry’s, F45 and boxing studio walking distance from the house, you can keep up a great exercise routine and try something new while you’re staying there.
Wifi Speed: All locations have fast Internet (50Mbps+) and are made to handle the demands of remote workers.
Livery Studio

Definitely one of the best coworking spaces in Los Angeles. Well, technically it’s in Pasadena. Livery Studio is a beautiful boutique coworking space housed in a historic building. This building used to be a livery stable, and you can tell by the exposed brick.
The wifi is super reliable here – I’ve never had issues with it, once. There are lockers for storing your things conveniently during lunch, and the best part is, it’s in the heart of Old Town Pasadena. You can walk to so many delicious restaurants for lunch, like All India Cafe, True Food Kitchen, and Mi Piace.
Livery Studio is AAPI owned and operated. When you come to this space instead of larger chains, you support small business owners!
Price: $25 for a day pass; $45 for a dedicated desk
Address: 155 S Fair Oaks Ave, Pasadena, CA 91105
Bond Collective

If you love beautiful interior design and are looking for a coworking space in downtown Los Angeles, go to Bond Collective. Hands down one of the most impeccably designed coworking spaces I’ve ever been to, Bond Collective is filled with Art Deco accents.
Housed in what used to be a six-story department store, Bond Collective has created a truly designer office space with custom furnishings. A block from Pershing Square, Bond Collective is easy to get to by car or the Metro Red or Purple lines.

The immediate area – the Jewelry District – is a little sketch not gonna lie, but just a Whole Foods, Pure Barre and other well-loved retail stores are just a few blocks away, making this spot super convenient.
Price: $40 for a day pass
Address: 612 South Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90014
CTRL Collective

Adding this one to the list of best coworking spaces in Los Angeles because it has sooo many call booths.
Although CTRL Collective is one of the more popular coworking spaces on this list, anddd there does tend to be quite a bit of people here on any given day, there is so much space to work and so many call booths that you can typically always snag a booth or a wide space to work here.
There’s two floors at this location, both with ample table space to spread out. Also located in Old Town Pasadena, CTRL Collective is a great spot for doing a little shopping after work. There’s an Apple Store, Anthropologie, Athleta and Banana Republic all within walking distance.
Address: 45 S Arroyo Pkwy, Pasadena, CA 91105
Union Cowork – Arts District

Furnished private offices, dedicated desks, flex desks, conference rooms and podcast rooms are available at Union Cowork in the Arts District.
I like this coworking space’s colorful and minimalist decor. The desks in the common area where day pass users are able to use are also standing desks, or in other words, the desk can be brought lower or higher depending on your preference. You could stand for 30 minutes, take a break and sit, and then stand again.

Wifi always works great here, and there are plenty of lunch and dinner options in the neighborhood. There is street parking or garage parking in a parking structure a few minutes’ walk away.
Address: 1325 Palmetto St, Los Angeles, CA 90013
Beach House CoWork

This is such a great spot in the heart of Santa Monica. The best part? It’s not too far from the beach, so while you’re enjoying your lunch break, you can walk down to the coast and take in the fresh, salty air of the ocean.
I also like that Beach House Cowork is located on Main Street instead of closer to Third Street Promenade. Main Street has a more neighborhood feel – way less urban and bustling than Third Street.

You can easily grab lunch at Urth Cafe, one of LA’s most well-known coffee and lunch spots. A real win-win if you ask me! If you’re lucky, you might even be able to grab a coveted parking spot at Beach House CoWork – they aren’t always available to single-day users, but be sure to ask.
Price: $29 for a day pass
Address: 2219 Main St, Santa Monica, CA
Second Home Hollywood

A new, absolutely gorgeous coworking space. Second Home has both indoor and outdoor working spaces, which is incredible because outdoor spaces can be quite hard to find. The entire campus takes up two acres, including private offices, meeting rooms, shared workspace, a restaurant, and event spaces.
Can you believe they managed to house over 6,500 plants in this space? Unbelievable! You really have to see it. If you are COVID-cautious or simply just enjoy fresh, open air, Second Home is perfect for you.
This space also makes sense if you are staying in a more central part of Los Angeles, near Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, or Miracle Mile.
Price: $35 for a day pass; $160 for 5 passes; $310 for 10 passes
Address: 1370 N St Andrews Pl, Los Angeles, CA 90028
